Madhura is a scientist with specialised skills in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Cell Biology. Her interest in medicine and sustainable development led her to explore the role of lifestyle and alternative medicine in both remediation and prevention of disease, and after the completion of her PhD, she has co-founded and managed Organic Mandi, along with formulating its range of handmade, natural therapies for skin and scalp ailments.

Manager and Bee Keeper

Dinesh is a Beekeeper by training and farmer since birth. His interest in ensuring that bees be allowed to thrive in pesticide-free environments without the addition of antibiotics led him to Organic Mandi where he has taken on the additional responsibilities of Manager and jack of all trades! He takes your orders when you call us!

Cow Whisperer

Manoj comes from a line of cowherds and his skill with our farm friends is legendary. We call him the cow whisperer, because he can hear them and they hear him!

Cattle Manager

Sunil manages our herd of cattle and, along with Manoj, ensures they stay happy and healthy.

Kamala heads our kitchen, meticulously making ghee and hand extracting coconut oil, to ensure your health!
