Returns and Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Perishable goods cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days from the date of your purchase.
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund fo your returned item is approved, your original method of payment will be credited within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@theorganicmandi.com.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
